The 26-year-old showed off her tall and lean frame in a pair of grey leggings with racy sheer cut-out panels across the thighs, flashing a glimpse of her long legs.
Taylor also wore a skintight black tank top over a sports bra, and added a pop of colour to her look with bright yellow leggings.
Even though she was about to enjoy a workout, the pop star still wanted to look her best.
Her blonde bob was perfectly coiffed and she wore raspberry lipstick, finishing off her ensemble with mirrored sunglasses.
Taylor was up bright and early for the exercise session at Body By Simone, the dance workout loved by celebrities such as Chrissy Teigen and Reese Witherspoon.
Earlier this year the singer shared an Instagram photo from the studio ahead of a class with best pal Karlie Kloss.
Taylor looked cheerful on the outing, which came following claims that she had a ‘major argument’ with boyfriend Tom Hiddleston earlier this month.
A source told Us Weekly that the couple, who have been dating for just two months, ‘weren’t spending as much time together lately’.
Meanwhile Taylor has recently found herself the subject of breast implant rumours after showing off an apparently bigger bust.
Fans took to Twitter in June after noticing that the Blank Space hit-maker was looking bustier than usual.
