Recently, Youtuber Lee Jin Ho – who was sued by Kim Sae Ron’s family – caused a new wave of controversy when he released an audio recording that is said to be evidence that the late actress was married while she was alive.

Recently, the person appeared in the recording, believed to be Kim Sae Ron’s former manager (abbreviated as A), confirmed to Star News that he did not provide the recording or agree to Lee Jin Ho’s release of it.

Manager A told Star News, “I did not give the recording to Lee Jin Ho. The video was also uploaded to YouTube without my consent.”

This Youtuber also released a recording of a conversation between Mr. A and a woman believed to be Kim Sae Ron, recorded on January 8. January 8 was also the day Kim Sae Ron posted a photo of herself with a man with the words “Marry” on social media.

In the recording, the woman believed to be Kim Sae Ron admitted to Mr. A that she had gotten married overseas. The woman also mentioned having had an abortion. On March 20, to reinforce his argument, Lee Jin Ho continued to release a recording of a conversation between Mr. A and a close friend of the late actress Kim Sae Ron (referred to as B) on the day of Kim Sae Ron’s death, revealing the story of the late actress being abused and threatened by her boyfriend.

Lee Jin Ho argued: “Kim Sae Ron’s family is making a big deal out of the late actress’s ex-boyfriend of 4 years ago, Kim Soo Hyun, but in reality, she has married another man and is enjoying her newlywed life.”

This Youtuber used Mr. A’s recording as evidence to refute the family’s claim. However, this action has been met with fierce criticism from the public, considered “misleading public opinion” and “unethical”.

Mr. A, one of the two people in the conversation, is also suspected of providing the recording to Lee Jin Ho and has faced much criticism. However, Mr. A has denied providing the recording. Under the current law on the protection of communications confidentiality, it is illegal for a third party to disclose a recording of a conversation without the consent of the parties involved and may result in criminal prosecution.

Since Mr. A denied providing the above recording to Lee Jin Ho, many people believe that all the content posted in the past two days about Kim Sae Ron is true. The late actress was actually married to her boyfriend in New York , and even denied her motherhood.
