A welcome departure from some of her showbiz peers, Taylor kept it classy in her modest bathing suit, which flattered her tall and slender frame.

The Blank Space hit-maked looked like she was having the time of her life as she dived into the ocean with her pals, taking dozens of pictures and dancing in the shallows.

Taylor was her usual fun-loving, goofy self, striking dozens of silly poses as she pranced around on the water’s edge.

She couldn’t bear to be parted from her usual slick of bright red lipstick and kept her gold necklace on in the water.

The pop princess has been keeping her 20.2million Instagram followers updated with her beach antics ever since she touched down in Maui last week.

The hardworking singer is making the most of some rare time off after a stellar year 2014, which saw her career skyrocket to new heights.

Her latest slice of pop perfection, 1989, has surpassed the 4 million sales mark and looks set to beat the precedent set by her record-breaking album Red.

Meanwhile, Taylor has firmly established herself as a role model and revealed that her young fan base keeps her in check.

She previously told Barbara Walters: ‘I put every one of my actions through a filter before I do them because that’s the way my life is.

‘That the reality… If I do something reckless or thoughtless or careless, or I treat someone badly, that doesn’t just affect me; it affects that person.
