“It’s the saddest ever so sad I could cry. My father’s house is gone Malibu gone,” she wrote, adding in a second post: ““Gone gone gone gone. It’s so scary. I am so freaking sad.”

Tatum, whose father passed away in December 2023, is one of many celebrities impacted by the ongoing wildfires.

At the time of writing, three are yet to be fully contained, according to Cal Fire. Meanwhile, Fox News reports that 24 people have so far lost their lives in the blazes.

The property was registered in a living trust at the time of the fire, and it is currently unclear what will become of it.

The New York Post noted that the posh pad included an Andy Warhol portrait of Fawcett. It could be seen hanging in the background of one of the final images that Tatum shared with her father before his death.

Surrounded by multimillion-dollar properties on an exclusive stretch of the Pacific Coast Highway, the coastal abode offered three bedrooms and three baths across 2,344 square feet.

The 1952-era build included a fireplace and sat on a compact 6,764-square-foot lot, situated on the sand, steps from the water.

The back of the abode appeared to have showcased two-story glass walls overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with multiple decks boasting waterfront views.

The property was O’Neal’s primary residence until his death from congestive heart failure. It was also where he lived with Fawcett until her passing in 2009. Although the two never married, they were romantically involved for 17 years and had a child together, Redmond O’Neal, born in 1985.

Their decades-long, on-again, off-again relationship first sparked in 1979 and ended in 1997, but the two shared a lifelong “bond,” he once shared. He was said to have remained by Fawcett’s side after her cancer diagnosis in 2006 until her death in 2009 at the age of 62. He told People magazine after her death, “I loved her with all my heart. I will miss her so very, very much.”

O’Neal is understood to have been buried next to his longtime love at Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Memorial Park & Mortuary in Los Angeles, according to Deadline.

The two were known to have had a volatile relationship that included “blow-out fights.”

During her career, Fawcett earned worldwide recognition for her on-screen roles and modeling. She made a name for herself with her role in the TV series, “Charlie’s Angels.” However, she also had roles in projects including “Six Million Dollar Man,” “Logan’s Run,” and “Dr. T and the Women.”

Ryan O’Neal starred in a bevy of movies in the 1970s, from “What’s Up Doc” and “Barry Lyndon” to “Paper Moon” and “Love Story,” for which he was nominated for an Academy Award.

He had four children: Tatum and Griffin O’Neal with his first wife, actress Joanna Moore. He had a son, Patrick O’Neal, with his second wife, Leigh Taylor-Young, his “Peyton Place” co-star; and son Redmond with Fawcett.

Responders who are working to contain three separate fires are bracing for another horrific crisis as winds whip up yet again. So far, the fires have burned an area bigger than San Francisco.
