Rosé has been rumored to be dating Jaden Smith since last year’s Coachella music festival and she has only now spoken up to clarify.
On January 16, Rosé participated in Vanity Fair magazine’s lie detector test . The interviewer asked if Toxic Till The End was about Jaden Smith, and the BlackPink member immediately denied it.
She said, “No, it’s not about Jaden. He’s a good friend. Hi Jaden, I miss you so much.” The interviewer continued, “So did you ever date Jaden?” Rosé replied, “No.” Rosé’s answer passed the test, proving that she was telling the truth.

The singer added that she has never set up a date for any of her friends, but someone once arranged a date for her and the result was quite wonderful.
The interview was conducted after Rosé was rumored to have had an affair with Will Smith’s son. When releasing Toxic Till the End in late 2024, Rosé said the song was about a toxic relationship, and the lyrics were inspired by her real-life experiences.
This has sparked speculation about the singer’s ex-lover, with Jaden Smith being mentioned the most.
Rumors of a relationship between Rosé and Jaden Smith began to swirl after the pair met at the Coachella music festival and were photographed together. However, fans pointed out that Smith dated model Sab Zada from 2020 to 2024, while Rosé was mostly active in Korea during that time, reducing the likelihood of them being romantically involved.
Additionally, in an interview in early December, Rosé shared that she went through a painful breakup while on tour with BlackPink, without mentioning the identity of her ex.
Rosé is currently rumored to be dating American actor and model Evan Mock. A few days ago, a relative of Mock shared a family photo celebrating the New Year in Hawaii, in which Rosé appeared next to the male artist. Although the photo was quickly deleted, it sparked speculation about the relationship between the two.
Rosé has not yet commented on this information.
