Faced with an offer of 60 million USD to reunite with his ex-wife – actress Angelina Jolie – on screen, Brad Pitt is said to have reacted strongly.
Film producer Danny Rossner recently said he wants to cast Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in a film based on the true story of hotelier Emmanuel Martinez. Danny said he was willing to pay one and a half times more than the former stars, a total of $60 million.

A source close to Brad Pitt insists the actor would “never stoop to accepting money” to work with someone who has hurt him. “All the money in the world wouldn’t make Brad act with Angelina again. The offer will certainly attract public attention, but it’s not something Brad would consider for a second,” the source told Dailymail.
The insider added that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are “now sworn enemies”: “Angelina has caused Brad so much heartache that Brad doesn’t even want people close to him to talk about her.”
However, while the film producer said he was serious about his offer for the project, which has been in the works for 20 years, a source close to Brad said it was just a “slick publicity stunt”. The source confirmed that Brad Pitt had never received such an offer.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie once starred together in the movie ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie split in 2016 but have yet to finalize their divorce due to many disputes. In addition, Mr. and Mrs. Smith are in a tense lawsuit over their estate in France. The legal battle is said to have further broken up the family, with the children shunning Brad Pitt.
Earlier this month, it was reported that Brad was desperately begging his two youngest children, Vivienne and Knox, to spend the day with him on his 61st birthday on December 18. Sources said that if the children did not come, Brad would plan a trip with his girlfriend, jewelry designer Ines de Ramon, 31. Brad and Ines currently live together at the actor’s home in Los Angeles.
