New evidence has been filed in court showing Sean āDiddyā Combs drunk at parties where the rapper is accused of sexually assaulting him.
According to Page Six, attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents 120 victims, provided new photos showing Diddy dancing at a party in his private room at the Planet Hollywood hotel, surrounded by young women and vodka.
Another victim also provided photos of plastic bottles that were allegedly used by Diddy or his staff to put GHB (a drug known as a ādate rape drugā) into drinks.
The new evidence was provided in a lawsuit against Diddy.
The latest filing alleges that the rap mogul sexually assaulted at least seven victims, one of whom was just 13 years old at the time of the rape. The woman, now 37, has accused Diddy and two other celebrities of raping her at a VMAs after-party in 2000.
Diddy’s legal team has denied the allegations, telling Page Six in a statement: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have every confidence in the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, adult or minor, male or female.”
Diddy at the 2004 event
The drug GHB was previously mentioned in a separate lawsuit filed by Jane Doe (name changed), who accused Diddy of using baby oil laced with GHB to commit acts of non-consensual sexual violence and brutal rape.
According to the complaint, Didy secretly laced alcoholic beverages such as champagne or cocktails served at lavish parties with GHB. āGuests were forced to consume GHB-laced beverages prior to or during the party,ā the complaint states.
The plaintiff also alleges that the Bay Boy for Life singer had his victims apply lotions or oils laced with GHB, which allowed the drug to be absorbed through their skin, making the attack easier.
