Dr. Z. Paul Lorenc, who has not treated Moretz, told RadarOnline.com, “She’s a very beautiful actress naturally, but from my professional opinion, it seems she’s had a rhinoplasty. Her lips also seem to have some filler, but beautifully done in my opinion.”

Dr. Anthony Youn , who has also not treated the actress, agreed. “Yes, she appears to have had a good amount of work done,” he said. “I suspect that she’s had her lips injected with a filler like Juvederm. They look quite plump and different compared to before. She also may have undergone a very subtle rhinoplasty, causing her nose to look more refined and elegant.”

Adam Schaffner, MD, FACS believes she only “enhanced her lips with injectable fillers.” He has also not treated the star.

Mortez admitted in 2016 that she decided to not get plastic surgery after her mother encouraged her to love herself. “Basically what she always said was, ‘When you’re 21 or over 18 you can make that decision yourself, but wait,’ she told ET. “And it meant a lot to me because it’s not even that she said, ‘Oh, you’re beautiful enough now,’ but it was like, you have to learn to love yourself on your own before you can actually understand anything in life.” She wanted to get a boob job, butt reduction and the “fat pad” under her chin removed.
