Action at Trump Tower?

Stacey Williams, 56 years old – a former professional model in the US – accused Mr. Trump of molesting her at Trump Tower in 1993, after being introduced by billionaire “pedophile” Jeffrey Epstein.

In an interview with The Guardian, Stacey said she first met Mr. Trump at a Christmas party in 1992. At that time, Stacey was unofficially dating billionaire Epstein (Mr. Trump’s friend).

“It is very clear that Epstein and Mr. Trump were very close friends and spent a lot of time together,” the Guardian quoted Ms. Stacey as saying on October 24.

The harassment occurred a few months after the party, sometime in late winter or early winter of 1993, according to Stacey.

During one of Stacey’s walks with Epstein, Epstein suggested she visit Mr. Trump at Trump Tower.

At Trump Tower, Stacey alleges Trump greeted her, pulled her toward him, and began groping her. Stacey says Trump “put his hands all over her breasts,” her waist, and her buttocks.

Stacey said she was “dumbfounded” and felt “very confused” about Mr Trump’s actions, while the two US billionaires appeared to smile at each other.

Stacey and Epstein then left Trump Tower. According to Stacey, Epstein was angry and blamed the former model.

“Epstein and I left. He didn’t look at me or say anything. I felt the anger wash over me. As we got to the sidewalk, Epstein looked at me and said, ‘Why did you let him do that?’” Stacey recalled.

“I felt ashamed and disgusted. I was haunted by the incident, his hands all over me. I felt like it was a set-up, that I was being treated like a piece of meat,” Stacey said.

Stacey and billionaire Epstein later split.

Epstein was convicted of child sex abuse in 2019 and committed suicide in prison. There is no evidence that Trump knew about or was involved in Epstein’s wrongdoing.

A “blow” to Mr. Trump’s reputation?

According to The Guardian, on October 21, Ms. Stacey revealed details of the “harassment” incident at Trump Tower to Survivors for Kamala (the campaign group of US Vice President Kamala Harris).

Mr Trump has not commented on Ms Stacey’s allegations, while Karoline Leavitt – Mr Trump’s campaign press secretary – has denied them all.

“These allegations, made by a former Barack Obama activist and released to the Harris campaign two weeks before the election, are completely false. This is clearly a story created by the Harris campaign,” Leavitt said.

According to the Guardian, over the decades, about 20 women have accused Mr. Trump of sexual harassment. The accusations mainly revolve around Mr. Trump kissing and “touching” their bodies without permission.

In May 2023, a federal jury (USA) convicted Mr. Trump of sexually abusing and defaming female writer E Jean Carroll in 1996. Mr. Trump was forced to pay $5 million in compensation.

Mr Trump called the ruling a “disgrace” and declared: “I have absolutely no idea who this woman is.”
