According to a few reports that were released in 2020, it was disclosed that John Cena acted like he was doing a favor to the former Divas Champion by marrying her.
“Anyone would be lucky to have her in their life — yet John acted more and more like he was doing her a favor by somehow conceding to go ahead and marry her. Doesn’t need a pity proposal, a pity wedding, or a pity husband. She’s a phenomenal, tremendous woman,” the source revealed on behalf of Nikki Bella.
