Testifying at Diddy’s sex trafficking trial, ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura detailed the rapper’s wild sex parties, violent behavior, and drug addiction.
38-year-old singer Cassie Ventura – who dated Diddy (Sean Combs) from 2007 to 2018 – was one of the witnesses in Diddy’s trial at the Manhattan Court, New York from May 12. Below are Cassie’s shocking revelations about Diddy during three days of testimony in court.
Diddy Has Hosted Hundreds of Freak Offs
Cassie Ventura testified in court on May 15 that she had lost count of the number of sex parties she attended during her decade-long relationship with Diddy, but that the number was in the hundreds. At these parties, Cassie had sex with male escorts while Diddy watched, directed, masturbated and sometimes recorded.

Cassie told prosecutors that during their first year together, Diddy suggested voyeurism as part of their sexual relationship, where he would watch his girlfriend perform sex acts with one or more male escorts. According to the singer, she agreed out of love and wanting to please Diddy. Later, as such orgies became more frequent, she didn’t want to participate but had no choice. The sex acts, which could last up to four days in a row, became a job for Cassie.
Sex videos used for threats, blackmail
Cassie accused Diddy of filming sex acts to blackmail her. The singer said the rap mogul repeatedly threatened to release the sex tapes and ruin her career. “He would bring them up when he was upset about something. I was scared for my career, my family, and ashamed of it. It was horrible and disgusting. No one should do that to anyone,” Cassie said.
Freak Offs is depicted with a chaotic scene of baby oil, urine and blood
According to Cassie, after each sex party, baby oil was scattered all over the hotel room. She said that each party used up to 10 regular-sized bottles of baby oil. If Diddy had instructed a male escort to urinate on her, the bed would have been full of sewage. The singer accused her ex-boyfriend of forcing her to have sex even when she was on her period. In court, Cassie broke down in tears as she recounted the horrific things that happened during the Freak Offs, where she felt forced and humiliated.
Why baby oil is used a lot in parties
When federal police raided Diddy’s mansions in March 2024, they seized about 1,000 bottles of baby oil, drugs, and three guns. At the time, many wondered why the rapper had so many bottles of baby oil. Late last year, in a sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy, a plaintiff accused the rapper of lacing the oil with the anesthetic GHB during massages during sex parties.
However, Cassie Ventura insisted in court that they did not mix any drugs into the bottles. According to the singer, Diddy had a hobby of watching people perform sex acts with baby oil all over their bodies. “Sean wanted his skin to be hot and shiny. So we put oil on every five minutes,” Cassie told the court.
Cassie said that on one occasion, Diddy asked her to jump into an inflatable pool filled with baby oil while still wearing her clothes. She didn’t want to, but she did it anyway because “if Sean wanted it to happen, it had to happen.”
Using drugs to get through sex parties
Cassie Ventura testified that she was drinking and taking Ecstasy the first time she had sex with a prostitute in front of Diddy. To endure other parties, she used “marijuana, ketamine, psychedelic mushrooms, whatever the drug of choice was at the time.”
“I can’t imagine doing these things without these substances,” Cassie explained. She said she sometimes threw up during the orgies, but Diddy encouraged her to get up and continue. She said she felt disgusted by these things, but “he disregarded” her feelings and concerns.
Freak Offs Leaves Cassie With Infections and Other Illnesses
Testifying on May 14, Cassie said the frequent, multi-day sex parties left her with urinary tract infections, mouth ulcers and stomach problems. “I tried to be clean, I was on antibiotics but they didn’t work anymore. It was a mess. It hurt for a long time,” she said.
Diddy drug addiction allegations
During cross-examination on May 15, Cassie said Diddy was a drug addict. When asked if the rapper became angry or lost his temper while quitting drugs, she replied: “I’m not a doctor. But when he stops taking certain drugs, he gets very upset.”
Cassie testified that Diddy had an incident of overdosing on painkillers and that the medication affected the rapper’s mood swings.
She also said Diddy would get jealous and have an agitated reaction when she used drugs with someone other than him.

Physical abuse
At her trial on May 13, Cassie said Diddy was often violent towards her during their time together. “Yes, the arguments were violent and often led to physical abuse. He would hit my head, knock me down, drag me, and kick me,” she told the jury. She said the beatings often left visible injuries: “I had lumps on my forehead, dark circles under my eyes, red eyes, and bruises all over my body.” After video of Diddy attacking Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel room in 2016 was shown in court, the singer took the stand. Cassie said Diddy threw a vase at her in her hotel room and verbally abused her, prompting her to leave. However, the rapper “chase me into the hallway, grab me, slam me to the ground, kick me, and drag me back to the room.” Cassie Ventura said she did not resist and covered her face because she had a movie premiere two days later. After the assault, Cassie had to wear makeup and change her dress to hide the bruises when she went to the movie premiere with Diddy.

Rape in 2018
Cassie Ventura accused Diddy of raping her in 2018 after they broke up. According to Cassie, after dinner at a Malibu restaurant that day, Diddy was nice and took her back to her apartment. Cassie said, there, Diddy suddenly sexually assaulted her on the floor. “I just remember crying and saying no, but very quickly, his eyes darkened. He was no longer himself.”
Pay $20 million to settle Cassie Ventura lawsuit
In 2023, Cassie Ventura filed a lawsuit against Diddy, alleging sexual abuse and violence during their relationship. Diddy denied the allegations, and the two sides later settled and Cassie withdrew the lawsuit.
In court, Cassie said she accepted a $20 million settlement from Diddy.
Diddy’s trial for sex trafficking, extortion, and prostitution is taking place in Manhattan, New York. If convicted of all charges, the 55-year-old rapper could face life in prison. Diddy’s attorneys are currently arguing that the rapper committed domestic violence and engaged in unusual sexual behavior, but that it was not sex trafficking. Diddy says the sexual activity was consensual and not rape.
