Elon Musk‘s ex-girlfriend Grimes has claimed he won’t let her see their children and claims the billionaire has become ‘unrecognizable’ since teaming up with Donald Trump.
The singer revealed she has been in a year-long custody battle with the father of their three children, during which time she allegedly did not see one of her children for five months.
The former couple share two sons, X Æ A-Xii and Techno Mechanicus, as well as a daughter Exa Dark Sideræl together.
Musk, who is worth $315 billion, celebrated with the president-elect at Mar-a-Lago and X, and the four-year-old boy is often pictured by his since he was formally appointed to oversee the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
The couple’s bitter breakup dispute has been settled, but no details have been made public,
reports.
Musk and Grimes dated from 2018 to 2022, but in recent times the X-owner has become a prominent figure in MAGA spheres.
Grimes, real name Clare Boucher, revealed she has been left baffled by his rightwing shift and claimed she has struggled amid their ongoing custody battle in Texas.
‘Spent a year locked in battle in a state with terrible mothers rights having my Instagram posts and modeling used as reasons I shouldn’t have my kids and fighting and detaching from the love of my life as he becomes unrecognizable to me, with a fraction of his resources (or IQ/ strategy experience),’ she wrote on X.

‘All the while I didn’t see one of my babies for five months. And this is only what can be said publicly, since most of my experience these last years should remain behind closed doors.’
The statement is partially thought to allude to Musk’s disowning of his transgender daughter Vivian Jenna, who he shares with first wife Justine Wilson.
Grimes previously stated that Musk’s anti-trans comments were, ‘not his heart’ and she shared public support for Vivian Jenna.
Musk sued for for custody of the children he shares with Grimes in Texas, where his businesses are headquartered.
Grimes then counter-sued filing a ‘petition to establish parental relationship’ in a California court, typically seen as the first step in suing for custody for unmarried parents.
She claimed that Musk was withholding access to her kids and even prevented them from seeing their terminally ill maternal grandmother.
A Travis County Clerk confirmed that the Texas dispute had been settled, but declined to give further details.
Grimes claimed the ordeal almost left her ‘bankrupt’ and unable to make new music.

‘I just slept and cried every minute I wasn’t explicitly fighting for my kids during that year,’ she said.
It is not the first time the performer has used her ex-partner’s platform to call him out over custody issues.
She previously appealed to the mother of some of Musk’s other children, Neuralink director, Shivon Zilis, begging her for help in reaching Musk.
Zilis is the mother of Musk’s children, twins Strider and Azure and a child they welcomed earlier this year who has not been publicly named.
Musk has 12 children in total by three women. Wilson is the mother of his six oldest kids: Twins Vivian Jenna and Griffin and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian all welcomed through IVF.
The couple had another daughter Nevada, who tragically died from from sudden infant death syndrome at 10 weeks old.
Musk has stated his desire for a large family and frequently posts his concerns about the plummeting birth rate in several countries in the world.
Most recently, he warned Australians about their record-low birth rates.
