Ashley St. Clair – the writer who publicly “gave birth to billionaire Elon Musk’s child” – asked the court for sole custody of the child and confirmed that Musk is the baby’s father.

According to People , Ashley St. Clair, 26, filed a petition with the New York Supreme Court to gain custody and confirm the paternity between Musk and the baby on February 21 (local time). In the petition, she stated that her son, whose initials are RSC (after his mother’s last name), was born in September 2024 in New York. St. Clair said that since the child was born, Elon Musk, 54, has only met the child three times and has not participated in caring for or raising the child. In addition, the billionaire was not present at the time of her birth.

She also revealed her love story with the billionaire. Accordingly, their love affair began in May 2023, and she became pregnant in January of the following year. The beauty said that Musk “acknowledged the father-daughter relationship through many written exchanges”, including messages with her about RSC’s birth. In the profile, she attached many screenshots of conversations with the billionaire.

According to St. Clair, Elon Musk first met RSC on September 21, 2024, spending two hours with the mother and child. He spent another hour with the child the next day, and only 30 minutes in the final meeting on November 30, 2024. St. Clair claims the billionaire then continued to contact her with the content: “We need to have more children.”

However, in a conversation believed to be with Elon Musk, the billionaire laments about “receiving death threats every day” and cannot afford to make mistakes when it comes to security. St. Clair said that was the reason she left the father’s information blank on her child’s birth certificate.

In an interview with People the same day, Ashley St. Clair’s representative – Mr. Brian Glickich – said: “Ashley St. Clair filed a petition asking the court to confirm paternity and sole custody to protect the best interests of the child. Before making this decision, she tried to cooperate with Mr. Musk. St. Clair does not comment further on the content of the petition because the document shows everything.”

Currently, many US news sites have contacted representatives and lawyers of billionaire Elon Musk but have not received a response.

Ashley St. Clair, born in 1999, is a children’s author, best known for her work Elephants Are Not Birds (2023).
