According to Ashley St. Clair, the female writer who announced the birth of Elon Musk’s 13th child, she and the tech billionaire first met in mid-2023. The romance quickly blossomed from there until Ashley became pregnant.

A fleeting love story

On February 14, Ashley St. Clair made waves on social media when she announced that she gave birth to Elon Musk’s child 5 months ago.

While Elon Musk has yet to acknowledge his 13th child, the 9X female writer continues to reveal her whirlwind romance with one of the richest men in the world. The New York Post scheduled a private interview with Ashley at her luxurious apartment in Manhattan (New York, USA) on February 15.

Ashley said she and the billionaire born in 1971 first met at the headquarters of X (formerly Twitter), the social networking platform that Elon bought for $44 billion.

“Musk is funny and smart. He is also very down to earth. It all started with an interaction on X. He came into my private messages. I thought it was a meme,” the beauty recalled.

Ashley said she wasn’t particularly interested in the Tesla CEO at the time, beyond his acquisition of Twitter. She first heard about him through her gay best friend, who frequently asked her to watch videos of Elon Musk’s SpaceX rocket launches.

After a brief back-and-forth, Elon asked the new girl if she had ever been in San Francisco or Austin. Ashley said she was often in Austin and Texas because she was working for Babylon Bee, a right-wing satire site. It was banned by Twitter in March 2022 after it named Rachel Levin, a transgender official in the Biden administration, its “Man of the Year.” Elon Musk reversed the ban after buying the platform seven months later and rebranding it as X.

Shortly after, Seth Dillon, CEO of Babylon Bee, asked her to fly to San Francisco within 48 hours.

Ashley followed suit and had her first meeting with Elon Musk at X headquarters. Ashley was 24 at the time, while Elon was 51.

At the end of the interview, Ashley received a text message from Elon asking her to come to Providence, Rhode Island, that evening. According to the writer, their romance blossomed from that time until she became pregnant.

Confidentiality Agreement

Ashley was not allowed to tell anyone other than a small group of close friends about her pregnancy. The author stressed that she was asked to keep it a secret forever, but did not elaborate on the reason for her silence, nor was she allowed to provide evidence to prove that Elon Musk was the biological father of her child.

Elon Musk reportedly provided his girlfriend with a luxurious apartment in New York’s Financial District. Rents here can run up to $40,000 for a two-bedroom apartment. Ashley also has a large security team. However, their relationship doesn’t have anything more romantic than that.

“I was completely isolated during my pregnancy. All the work and things I used to do were no longer possible. I was told not to tell anyone,” she stressed.

The author’s Instagram account had been inactive for months. The post that marked her return was a photo from President Trump’s inauguration on January 20.

Text messages between Ashley and Jared Birchall, Musk’s financial manager, seen by reporters show that the beauty complied with all of the tech billionaire’s wishes, including not having her name on her birth certificate to ensure privacy, security and secrecy.

Things took a turn when some of Elon Musk’s die-hard fans apparently found out about the birth and began harassing Ashley, both online and in the streets.

“There was a very violent group of people who started threatening my toddler (Ashley’s older son from a previous relationship). They sent me pictures of him covered in blood. They also called me Elon’s hooker,” Ashley said.

Ashley had not planned to go public with her relationship with Elon Musk because it would also protect the privacy of her newborn child, but she noticed a tabloid (who declined to be named) was following her.

Ashley said she sent a message to Elon’s team before posting the statement on X but received no response. She has not been in contact with the Tesla CEO since.

The news may have come as a shock to many, but it has brought Ashley some peace. She hopes her actions will allow her child to have a normal life.

“Almost every relationship in my life has become strained and dishonest because I can’t tell them what’s going on. My son hasn’t been outside for five months. I’ve never been able to take him for a walk. I’m scared that someone will see me with the baby and it will be discovered,” Ashley shared.

Ashley kept her son’s name a secret, only revealing that he was happy and healthy. The female writer affirmed that her son was the most perfect thing that happened to her and nothing could change it. She also considered herself a good mother, seeing her children as her whole world and every decision she made was for the children.

On the same day, Ashley’s representative, Brian Glicklich, posted a new statement on X: “Ashley and Elon have been working in secret for some time to create a joint parenting agreement. It is disappointing that a tabloid reporter, who has repeatedly ambushed Ashley and her family, has made it impossible to complete that process privately. We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his role as the father to put an end to the baseless speculation. Ashley believes Elon intends to finalize their agreement quickly, in the best interests of the well-being and safety of their child together.”

Elon Musk has not commented on having more children despite constantly updating X. His representative also did not respond when contacted by the press.
