Texas attorney Tony Buzbee said 120 individuals have sued rapper Diddy for sexual misconduct, including 25 who allege they were sexually abused as minors.
“I want to focus on the age of the victims. It’s shocking to consider their age when this happened,” said attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents 120 clients, at a press conference on Tuesday, October 1.

According to Page Six , the lawyer told the story of a person who, when he was only 9 years old, went to audition at Diddy’s (Sean Combs) recording studio in New York. “This person was sexually abused by Sean Combs and several others at the studio with the promise that he would be signed to a recording contract,” Tony said.
Another accuser said that at age 15, she was drugged and taken to a room with Diddy at a party in New York. She alleges that she was raped by several people there.
Tony Buzbee said the young victims of abuse followed a common pattern: “They were all looking for opportunities to develop a music or television career and they were promised stardom. Instead, Combs basically did things that made them want nothing to do with the entertainment industry anymore.”

The 120 people he represents are split evenly between men and women, the attorney said. The alleged incidents took place between 1991 and 2024 at parties or recording studios in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami. The attorney said the charges involve sexual assault or rape, distribution of recordings, and sexual abuse of minors. According to Tony, half of his clients have reported the abuse to police or medical personnel.
Tony Buzbee plans to file lawsuits in several states, including Texas, California, Georgia, Florida and New York, within the next month. The attorney also said his team has collected photo, video and written evidence of the attacks. He warned that more powerful people and dark secrets will be exposed in the coming days, some of the names involved may shock the public.
In response to the press conference, Diddy’s lawyers once again asserted the rapper’s innocence. “Mr. Combs categorically denies the false and defamatory allegations that he sexually abused anyone, including a minor. He looks forward to proving his innocence and clearing his name in court, where the truth will be determined by evidence, not speculation,” the lawyers said.
The 54-year-old rap mogul is currently being held in a Brooklyn, New York, jail after being arrested on September 16 on charges of sexual exploitation, prostitution and racketeering. Diddy is awaiting trial and has been denied bail despite posting $50 million.
