actor Jamie Foxx had a glass thrown at his face and cut his mouth while having dinner to celebrate his 57th birthday at a bar.
“At a birthday party, Jamie Foxx was hit in the mouth by someone at a nearby table with a glass,” the Just Mercy star’s representative said yesterday. “He required stitches and is recovering. Police were called to the scene and the incident is being handled by law enforcement.”
Although the attack was reported as “unfounded,” the Beverly Hills Police Department confirmed that the incident “involved an altercation between parties.” No arrests have been made and the investigation remains ongoing.
A witness told Page Six that customers at a table inside Mr. Chow bar were “rude and disrespectful” to Foxx. When Foxx asked others to leave him alone so he could enjoy the party with his family, one person threw a glass at him.
