On December 8, Katie Holmes denied a Dailymail article reporting that Tom Cruise’s trust fund for his daughter became effective when Suri turned 18. The newspaper cited a source saying that according to the divorce agreement signed in 2012, Tom Cruise transferred a portion of the trust fund to Suri when she reached adulthood and the rest when she turned 30. Katie wrote that this information was completely false, with the caption: “Enough is enough.”

Suri Cruise is a freshman at college in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The teenager is very private about her life, does not use social media and has never shared anything with the press.

Katie Holmes has previously spoken openly about her desire to protect her daughter from the media. Sources revealed that since the divorce, Tom Cruise has been paying Katie Holmes $400,000 per year (about $33,000 per month) to raise their child until she turns 18. The Mission Impossible star is also said to be paying her college tuition, $65,000 (1.6 billion VND) per year. Katie Holmes has not responded to this information.
