Taylor Swift’s appeal forced The Rock to rely on his connections to get tickets to see the billionaire singer perform in December.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight , Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson said he had to ask a friend to get tickets to The Eras Tour, something he – a Hollywood A-list star – had never done before.

“That’s never happened in my career. Usually, I don’t have to ‘go through the door’,” the Red One star said, revealing that a friend tried to get him tickets to Taylor Swift’s final show in December.

“I’ve never been good at asking for things like that. I’m good at giving. I used to hate asking. I never did. But in this case, there was a little call. Taylor made me go against my principles. And we ended up getting the tickets,” he explained.

Known for his love for Swift, The Rock once showed that he was also a Swiftie. On the show Lip Sync Battle, he lip-synced with professional gestures and expressions to Swift’s hit Shake It Off . Excited about his performance, The Rock did not forget to share the clip on Instagram.

The actor also added that his three daughters, ex-wife and new wife are all crazy about Taylor Swift and Beyoncé.

According to Page Six , Swift is about to close her billion-dollar show after two years of hard work. The last concert of her The Eras Tour is in Vancouver, Canada, on December 8.
