Assistant Lauren Pisciotta has accused Kanye West of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a recording session he co-hosted with rap mogul Diddy.

According to Page Six, in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on October 8, Lauren Pisciotta recounted an incident that occurred at a studio in Santa Monica, California, a few years ago, where she accused Kanye West of harassing her. Lauren named Diddy – who is currently embroiled in a sex scandal and is in custody – as the co-host of the recording session with Kanye, but she did not press charges.

The assistant wrote that she went to a recording session with a musician who was her client. At the time, she was not yet working for Kanye. Lauren said that Kanye West gave her a drink and then she felt dizzy, unable to control her body and speech. The next morning, Lauren woke up tired and could not remember what happened the night before. She said she felt extremely embarrassed because she had fallen asleep at work, while the client did not want to mention it.

According to the plaintiff, after a period of working as an assistant for Kanye West, she learned that the rapper had harassed her that night. Lauren said that in late 2022, Kanye was angry because his ex-wife accused him of cheating while they were still living together. The name of the ex-wife was not mentioned, but the only person Kanye had ever been married to at that time was Kim Kardashian. Lauren told Kanye she would text his ex-wife to explain that it was all a misunderstanding. However, Lauren was shocked when Kanye admitted to having sex with her at the studio that day.

“We kind of had sex once,” the lawsuit quotes Kanye as saying. “Mr. West then reminisced about the time they had sex after she was drugged.”

The assistant said she felt shocked and disgusted by Kanye West’s revelation. Lauren said that when she realized she had been sexually assaulted, she thought she had to quit. However, she said she was afraid of retaliation and being blacklisted, so she decided to proceed with caution. According to the lawsuit, Lauren was fired shortly after.

Kanye West has not yet commented on Lauren Pisciotta’s lawsuit.

Lauren Pisciotta first filed a lawsuit against Kanye West in June, accusing the 47-year-old rapper of sexual harassment, breach of contract and unpaid wages. Lauren accused Kanye of regularly sending her explicit messages and photos and masturbating in front of her. She said the rapper was furious when he rejected all of her attempts to date or have sex.

The OnlyFans model also said that in September 2022, Kanye promoted her with a salary of $4 million a year but fired her shortly after. Lauren was promised $3 million in compensation, but she claims Kanye West has yet to pay.

Kanye’s lawyers had previously denied Lauren Pisciotta’s allegations in the original lawsuit, claiming that she had solicited sex from Kanye and demanded expensive gifts but failed to do so, amounting to an extortion plot.
