Diddy was sued for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy at a white party
In a new lawsuit, one person alleges ‘Rap mogul’ Diddy assaulted him as a teenager during the rapper’s infamous party in the Hamptons.
The plaintiff, listed as John Doe, said that in 1998, he turned 16 years old and was invited to Diddy’s (Sean Combs) white party through a mutual relationship. John met many famous stars here and took photos with Diddy. He said the billionaire record label Bad Boy Records promised to “turn anyone into a star”.
However, according to the plaintiff, their happy conversation “suddenly deteriorated” when Diddy asked him to take off his pants. John said Diddy explained this was a ritual to become a star and prove himself. “Don’t you want to get into this business?”, Diddy allegedly asked the boy.
John Doe said he was confused, scared, and stiff, not knowing what to do. There, he said, Diddy attacked his private area and then left as if nothing had happened.
According to Fox News, this is one of six new lawsuits filed in court on Monday, October 14, represented by lawyer Tony Buzbee in Texas. Two women and four men sued Diddy on charges of sexual assault and death threats. The incidents occurred from 1995 to 2021.
A woman accused Diddy of raping her in 2004 when she was 19 years old. She said she and a girlfriend attended Diddy’s party after a modeling photo shoot and were taken into a locked room, where the rapper attacked them. The rapper allegedly threatened to kill them both if they did not comply.
A second woman sued Diddy for raping her at a party promoting Biggie Smalls’ One More Chance music video in 1995. She said the rapper “violently beat her, banged her head against the wall” before raping her. .
An anonymous man accused Diddy of sexually assaulting him in a Macy’s department store warehouse in 2008. Another man sued Diddy for drugging and raping him in a truck outside a white party in 2006.

These 6 plaintiffs are the first of a group of 120 people to speak out against Diddy and have just filed a lawsuit in court. Last week, lawyer Tony Buzbee opened a press conference saying that more than 100 people accused the rapper of “rape, sexual assault and sexual exploitation”, including many minors.
Diddy’s legal team called the lawsuits an “attempt to get attention” from Tony Buzbee.
Diddy was arrested on September 16 on charges of sex trafficking, attempted extortion and engaging in prostitution. Prosecutors claim Diddy abused, threatened and coerced women and others to satisfy his sexual desires, concealing his behavior for decades, turning his “multi-industry business empire” into a “criminal enterprise”. The indictment states that the owner of the record label Bad Boy Records organized many Freak Offs parties, essentially orgies, where many people were forced to have sex and were recorded.
The rap star is currently detained in a New York prison. The trial will take place on May 5, 2025. If convicted, Diddy faces 15 years to life in prison
