On October 2, attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, who represents a victim of the “rap mogul”, attracted attention when he revealed that a sensitive video believed to be of Diddy and an A-list star was being sold.

She said: “There have been rumors about sensitive videos related to artists in Hollywood being sold, and recently, someone contacted me to sell a hot clip introduced as Diddy and a celebrity. I have seen stills from the clip. They appear to be filmed at Diddy’s private home in Atlanta (USA)”.

The female lawyer added that in the clip, the person appearing with the character believed to be Diddy seemed unaware that he was being secretly filmed. Sharing with NewsNation, lawyer Ariel Mitchell-Kidd refused to reveal the identity, gender, or field of work of the star believed to be filmed.
The female lawyer added that the person holding the clip has contacted and negotiated to sell the clip to a famous person.
Mitchell-Kidd said she is representing a victim of Diddy’s who said the assault occurred in 2018 and that she reported it to police at the time.
“She (the victim) met me a few weeks ago. She called me and told me about the assault and how she escaped. She went to the house of a friend who has connections in the entertainment industry, Diddy decided to go to that house,” said attorney Mitchell-Kidd.
The woman told her lawyer that she had been offered sex from Diddy. “She was offered a drink. She started to feel dizzy. Combs raped her,” the lawyer said. Mitchell-Kidd said her client ran into the street and tried to escape.
When rap mogul Diddy was arrested for questioning on charges of sexual assault and prostitution, Gene Deal (a former bodyguard of Diddy) also revealed that the 54-year-old star kept sex tapes of many artists and powerful figures. These videos were allegedly recorded after these people attended parties hosted by Diddy.
According to Page Six, more than 1,000 celebrities attended the rapper’s parties from 1998 to 2009. Diddy is a famous and influential artist in the American rap music industry. The 54-year-old star has close relationships with many famous artists, actors, and models around the world.

Diddy was indicted on charges of extortion, assault, sex trafficking and prostitution in September. The singer is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. The rap star has been denied bail twice despite being willing to pay $50 million.
Diddy pleaded not guilty at his trial on September 17, denying all charges against him. Over the past week, a wave of protests against the rap star has grown. Many victims have come forward to accuse the “rap mogul” of exploiting his fame, sexually assaulting and threatening them.
Recently, Diddy continued to face sexual assault allegations from 120 new victims. Attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents the 120 victims, revealed that 25 of the victims were abused by Diddy when they were minors. Among them, the youngest victim was only 9 years old.
Diddy and his co-defendants used auditions organized by the company to commit sexual acts with minors, according to attorney Tony Buzbee. “We will expose those who enabled Diddy’s horrific behavior behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter regardless of who the evidence implicates,” the attorney said.
At the same time, the lawyer said that his team has collected enough photos, videos and documents to prove the sexual assault cases related to Diddy in the upcoming trial. Tony Buzbee also warned that powerful people with many dark secrets will soon be exposed to the light.
According to Fox News, Diddy is no longer on suicide watch at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York (USA). The rapper is currently focusing on preparing for his trial on sexual-related charges.
Asked whether Diddy would accept a plea deal, Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo said, “That’s not up to me. It’s up to Mr. Combs. I don’t think it’s going to happen because he believes he’s innocent.”
On October 2, sharing with the media, Diddy’s lawyer added that the rap star is currently quite calm and cooperating with the investigation agency. “He is not a perfect person but he is not a criminal,” Diddy’s lawyer said.
